  • Every flower arrangement is personally hand-delivered by a team professional, and, in most cases, can arrive the same day you place your order. Some restrictions may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.

    Standard shipping and delivery charges start as low as $9.99, though prices may vary by delivery location, shipping time, or calendar day. Delivery is available Monday through Saturday, with Sunday delivery available in select areas. If you have additional questions please contact customer service +1.915.243.4004 or contact@valteosarrangements.com to assure same-day delivery, please place your order before 1:00pm (MST), Monday-Friday, before 12:00pm (MST) on Saturdays, or/before on Sunday.

    Valteos Flowers and Gifts, LLC (“COMPANY”) may call the recipient to schedule delivery. A signature may not be required; the delivery courier may leave the package if no one is available to accept the delivery.     For residential deliveries, please include apartment, unit, or room number in the delivery address, if applicable, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery courier may leave the floral arrangement for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day. During major holidays, deliveries may be attempted later than 5pm (MST).

    For business deliveries, please include suite, unit, or building number in the delivery address, if applicable, if the business is closed or does not accept deliveries, delivery may be attempted the next business day. During holidays, deliveries may be attempted later than 5pm (MST). For hospital deliveries, please include the room number and make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery. Funeral arrangements may require additional lead time.

  • There are a variety of types of floral arrangements available for same-day delivery, including several of our most popular occasion bouquets. Additionally, because all our bouquets are made to order and depend on current local bloom stock, you’re more likely to find blooms that are in season right now. Whichever bouquet you choose, you can rest assured that your carefully and artfully crafted flower delivery will arrive fresh, vibrant, and ready to delight.

  • For same-day delivery, you need to order flowers by 1 p.m. (MST) on weekdays and 12 p.m. (MST) on weekends. To save you time, we make it easy to order flowers for delivery today with our online system. Simply select a bouquet from our same-day collection of available flowers, fill out the recipient's information, add a customized message if you'd like and your order will be accepted after payment is processed. With just a few clicks. you can have a thoughtful gift delivered!

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a specific time slot for delivery because travel times and logistics can vary. For this reason, Valteos Flowers and Gifts cannot guarantee your order will arrive at a specific time. Deliveries can take place between 10 a.m. (MST) and 6 p.m. (MST) as long as your order is processed before the delivery cut-off time, we will ensure your flowers are delivered by the requested date. During busy peak periods, please allow for deliveries to be made outside of this time frame.

  • Should our delivery courier be unable to deliver the flowers and gifts to the recipient, we will use the contact information to leave a message with details regarding the rescheduled delivery.

  • Yes, we can deliver to hospitals.  For hospital deliveries, please include the room number and make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery. Funeral arrangements may require additional lead time. Please kindly check in advance that the hospital will allow fresh flowers to be delivered to the wards as they may have their own regulations in place regarding this procedure.

  • Yes, please provide the recipient's daytime phone number(s) and email address in Special Instructions if delivery is to a secure area or building.  Some facilities will allow delivery to a gate guard or main office, so please let us know if that’s an option. [*Click The Map]

  • If you need to change the order, let us know as soon as possible so we can correct the error before the order is processed.  If you prefer, you can call +1.915.243.4004 to speak to a customer service agent. Send us an email through our contact us page. Include the confirmation number and how the order should be corrected. We will update the order and send you a reply when it is done.

  • Yes, the only information sent with the gift is the personal message card, if no message is added or you choose to leave your name out this will be sent anonymously. As per Terms and Conditions guidelines, we do not pass on any other details to your recipient and we do not send an invoice or receipt with the order, you will just receive an email confirmation.

  • Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

    In some instances, the product photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.  Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will.

    Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the flower and gift you've selected, Valteos Flowers and Gifts will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
